Winter performed both preconstruction and construction services for the entire 900,000 square-foot development, which consists of a 400,000 square-foot lifestyle center, a 350,000 square-foot Westin Hotel with residences, and a 150,000 square-foot office building. The new lifestyle center houses nationally recognized retail and restaurant tenants and boasts feature leovegas casino reviewfountains, string lights, and relaxing gondola rides through the complex. The 210-room Westin Hotel has 74 luxury residences occupying the top five floors of the hotel, as well as meeting spaces, courtyard area, and a restaurant. The six-story office building is a freestanding structure with approximately 4,000 square feet of basement corridor.
