Winter Construction converted an old, historic warehouse into a multifamily apartment building.
The 122,000 square-foot building in Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district, NoDa (short for North Davidson), features one- and two-bedroom loft apartments with 10 to 28-foot ceilings.
