The complete interior renovation and tenant build-out of this 717,500 square-foot, 42-story tower included core, lobby, offices, conference areas, kitchen and dining areas, and snack bar, as well as all tenant finishes. Winter successfully completed the construction on 38 leovegas mobile appoffice floors, the second-floor cafeteria, and two sub-basement levels of this occupied facility with minimal disruption to the building’s normal activities.
