Exhibit opportunities are available on a first come, first serve basis to organizations (private sector corporations, government agencies and authorities and non-profits) who are currently working on CUNY or CUCF contracts and have received an invitation to exhibit. Other organizations will have an opportunity to exhibit if space permits.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests received before Friday July 14, 2017 will be subject to a 50 percent processing fee per registrant. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. If you do not receive confirmation of such cancellation or request for refund within 48 hours of submission, please contact Greg Insana at 212.756.1236 x 119. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Please note, cancellations received after Friday July 14, 2017 at 5:00 PM will NOT be issued a refund. No exceptions.
