Winter Construction built the modern luxury apartments that are the first of the brand to be built in Atlanta. Located adjacent to Piedmont Park just off the Midtown Mile, the development includes 18 resident floors over a 339-car parking deck and 1,200 square feet of retail space. Unique features include state-of-the-art technology throughout, a resort style pool and lounge with an outdoor summer kitchen on the seventh floor, an artistic, six-story living wall on the building’s exterior façade, multiple resident lounges, and game rooms — including a virtual golf simulator, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, and studios with multi-purpose functionality, a bike fix-it-station for avid cyclists, and pet facilities including dog grooming.

Winter constructed the 10-story, 60-home luxury condominium building in Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead community. The cast-in-place concrete structure features a traditional stucco exterior, high-end custom finishes, and 244,000 square feet of residential space with two levels of below-grade parking. 2500 Peachtree offers residents amenities that include a fitness center with a heated pool, balconies, wraparound terraces, six resident elevators, and two freight elevators. Winter relocated the three-story, historic Randolph-Lucas house 100 feet southeast of its original location to facilitate construction of the new condominium building. The fully renovated Randolph-Lucas house now serves as a club facility for residents and includes living and dining areas, a library, kitchen, four guest rooms, and a communal game room. This project received an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Georgia.

The Towne Square Condominiums is a mixed-use project consisting of a five-story structure with a stucco exterior, accented with brick at the main level. The building has 1.5 levels of parking and 3.5 levels of residential condominium units. The 105 condo units range from one to three bedrooms. Standard interior unit finishes include carpet in the living room, dining room, and bedroom; marble tile in foyer; ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms; and fireplaces with a mantel and marble surround. Construction of this mixed- use development included retail space on the street level, a swimming pool, clubhouse area, fitness facilities, and secured parking areas for the facility.

Winter constructed the new 23Hundred at Berry Hill multi-family development in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The 266-unit, 368,000 square-foot apartment complex also features a seven-level precast parking structure.

The complex includes a leasing office with lobby area, an outdoor pool, two courtyards, an outdoor seating area complete with a fire pit, a fitness center, and cyber room, as well as many additional amenities.

Winter Construction converted an old, historic warehouse into a multifamily apartment building.

The 122,000 square-foot building in Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district, NoDa (short for North Davidson), features one- and two-bedroom loft apartments with 10 to 28-foot ceilings. NoDa shares the same geography as Historic North Charlotte which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The amenities in the historic building include high-speed internet, a salt-water swimming pool, an on-site restaurant/brewery, access gates, bike racks, community atrium with Wi-Fi, fire pit, a fitness center, and many more.
